Support
01. Buy Published Books
Purchasing a book from one of our students supports not just our nonprofit, but also supports the continued literary growth and confidence of each one of our students.
Additionally, book sales enhance a student’s overall academic and intellectual portfolio for when they apply to college or apply to their first jobs. Most importantly, our books are amazing pieces of literary art that tap into the uniqueness and vibrancy that youth brings to us.

03. Be a Volunteer
Do you want to inspire a Pulitzer Prize winner to start writing? How about a Newbery Medal recipient? Or even a Nobel Prize-winning author?
You have an opportunity to do just that with the nonprofit Literary Legacies! Our organization teaches students grades 4-12 how to write their own fiction or nonfiction book. Currently, we have students writing graphic novels, love stories, stories on bullying, fantasy stories, sci-fi, and many more!

02. Make a Donation
As a nonprofit, we depend on the generosity of individual donors to help fund our programs and campaigns. Your contribution enables us to do our work at this critical time and we truly appreciate it. Please become a Literary Legacies Sponsor by donating today. Donations of $500+ will receive a Literary Legacies gift!

04. Spread the Word
The gift of writing is synonymous with the gift of sharing. Sharing the knowledge, excitement, and power of a great book. We want you to harness that same excitement of sharing your favorite book for us! Share your experiences with our students’ books! Share your experience with volunteering with us! Share the passion and euphoria you felt from your first meeting with a new student, to when they finished the last word of their first novel. We are built on the backs of our volunteers and donors, so without sharing your experiences, we will not be able to touch the lives of more children. We need you to accomplish our mission of bringing the gift of writing to our most needy communities.
